Please note: GP surgeries have their own geographical boundaries and whilst a postcode search may highlight your nearest surgery, it does not necessarily mean that you will be automatically be able to register there. Also note that whilst a postcode search will show you the dental surgeries in your area,  this does not mean that they are all accepting new NHS patients. Please check with the specific practice for more details.
