Free parking for disabled people at Sevenoaks Hospital

From Monday (28 July), parking will be free at Sevenoaks Hospital for disabled patients or visitors who have a Blue Badge.

The change is in response to requests from the public to lift parking charges for disabled people who are not able to use free on-road parking available nearby.

Dawn Hallam, who manages community services in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Malling and Tunbridge Wells for West Kent PCT, said: “At West Kent PCT we listen to what people say and we try to help. This was an issue that had been raised by some local people and I am glad we are now able to offer free parking at Sevenoaks Hospital to disabled people with a Blue Badge.”
