About Edenbridge Hospital

Edenbridge Hospital is increasingly focusing on the care and rehabilitation of patients, mostly older people, as they recover from an illness or injury.  Nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other staff at the hospital support people to regain their strength, independence and confidence, so they can return home as soon as possible.
Edenbridge Minor Injuries Unit is open from 8.30am - 8.00pm 365 days a year.

The MIU can treat conditions including:
  • cuts and grazes that might need cleaning, stitching or dressing
  • animal bites or scratches, insect stings
  • strains and sprains
  • a suspected broken bone in arm or lower leg
  • minor burns and scalds
  • minor eye infections and scratches
  • foreign body in eye, nose or ear
Who will I see?
An Emergency Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to diagnose and treat these conditions.

  • Monday 9am - 3pm
  • Tuesday 1.30pm - 3pm
