Share your point of view

To get things right for everyone in West Kent, we have to understand what you want and need from the NHS.

In this section we invite you to share your views on specific service areas that are currently under review. As a PCT we are committed to involving service users and the public in shaping the way services are designed and developed.

Sometimes we will seek the public's views through a formal consultation process - that is we will share with you some options for the re-design of services and ask for your feedback. At other times we will be gathering many different veiws before we come to a point of developing options.

In both cases we want to hear from you before we make a decision on what and how to change things.

A number of definitions exist for the term consultation, but the one we like best is: ' a process of dialogue that leads to a decision'
