Whether you have a question, compliment or concern the Customer Services Team(PALS) is here to help.

A gateway to information about all NHS services in West Kent, if we can't help directly we will put you in touch with other people who can. Whether you want to know where your nearest GP surgery is or how to get in touch with your District Nurse, our advisors will be able to help. We'd also like you to tell us if you've had a particularly good service from your local NHS so we can make sure our staff get the feedback they deserve.

Our Customer Services Advisors are available on our new freephone number 0800 0 850 850 from 9am to 5pm during the week. If you call outside these hours there is an answer phone, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
