Publication Scheme

The Publication Scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely published by NHS Kent and Medway Cluster. The Publication Scheme is a description of the information about the Cluster which we make publicly available. It is designed to be a routemap of information about us which is easily accessible.

The Publication is a Standard Publication Scheme| produced by the Information Commissioner and is supported by a Definition Document| also produced by the Information Commissioner. For further information please go to www.ico.gov.uk|

Information requests made before 1 September 2011 are available within the Publication Scheme and are set out in the classes or types of information available and will be reviewed at regular intervals.
