Children's Therapy Team

Our Children’s Therapy teams aim to provide a high quality, evidence-based service for 0-16 year olds (and 16-19 if in full-time education) We offer advice, assessment, intervention and training. We work in partnership with children, their families/carers

A mix of the following disciplines is available at each of our local centres:

• Dietetics
• Nursery nurses and nursing staff
• Occupational therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Portage (a home-visiting educational service for pre-school children with additional needs)
• Speech and language therapy

Our services are generally offered in a range of settings including the child’s home, nursery, school or a local clinic.
